a big weekend
April 11th, 2008We have a couple of things happening in the near future, in addition to our usual Thursday - Sunday broadcasts (11am - 6pm, Fridays 1pm - 9pm EDT).
•This Sunday at 3pm Katherine McInnis a recent transplant to New York from San Francisco and a long time friend, continues in our collaborative tradition, and helps us prepare for a leap into the world of lo-fi video broadcasting with her new collective sight project. To participate (as we know you want to) gather at the Columbus Circle globe sculpture in Manhattan (59th St. & Broadway) at 3pm on Sunday. More info is available at her project site linked above.
•On Monday Jon and LeE will be presenting at Uniondocs. We may be joined at the end of the evening by free103point9 after their earlier event on the same night. If your on the list and come out.. say hi!
A public speaking engagement
April 10th, 2008Come see Lee Montgomery and Jon Brumit talk about Neighborhood Public Radio at Uniondocs. We think we may be joined in some way or other by free103point9, or maybe we will be joining them…as we have events in somewhat competing time slots.
