First show in our new home

LeE talks with Kalia and Aslin of the CCA Curatorial Practice program about the Preserving America’s Cultural Heritage project

Kristin Lucas talks to Greg Scharpen about the infection she has and the triage clinic she will be setting up at ATA on April 22nd

Violet Blue talks with Annalee Newitz about sex and tech

We will probably always be “working out the kinks” in our recording and broadcasting technology, but never so completely as on our first day in a new long term space. This week we failed to record most of the programming, but did manage to capture the first 30 - 60 minutes which included an interview with the author Jesse Walker. Jesse wrote the book “Rebels on the Air” which has proven inspirational to the mission of NPR.
Other’s featured here will be featured more extensively later … like the CCA curatorial practice program, and Kristin Lucas. And to all of our other guests, but particularly (because we have their photo here) Violet Blue and her guest for Open Source Sex, Annalee Newitz, all we can say is that we’re deeply sorry. Annalee, please come back.

author of “Rebels on the Air”, Jesse Walker is NPR’s inaugural interview in the new ATA space.
