2nd Week at ATA
This article was published on the same day as our first broadcast:
NY Times on PBS Children’s programming
If anyone has any questions now about why we are doing an indecency show, read that article. Who gets to decide what’s decent anyway? And on the “public” airwaves.
We had a blast on the 5th at Artist’s Television Access, and now we’re gonna do it again. The Indecent Saturdays continue this week with some returning guests, as well as a couple of newcomers. But rest assured it’s all fun, and horribly indecent. This week we plan to have videos in the theater as well as the radio content for all to enjoy.
Also, if you had trouble hearing us last week, you should try again this week. We are looking into ways to boost our signal, and seem to have found a good one. So tune in to 88.9 FM on Saturday from noon until 10pm. And then come by the space at 992 Valencia in the Mission to see the whole thing. We’re throwing up indecent content all over ATA’s storefront and stopping crowds while we’re at it. If you drive by, feel free to honk your horn, it’ll probably get broadcast. If it’s local and it makes noise, we want to broadcast it.
